Area Sales Manager (M.P & C.G.) To Manage, Monitor & Guide sales Officers at various district places of M.P. & C.G. IN the field of agro inputs (Team Management & Target Achievements)
JOB DISCRIPTION -
The candidate will be responsible to set sales & collection targets in consultation with MD of the company and co-ordinate the sales team to achieve them. He have to be in regular touch with sales team & all dealers, take daily reports in required formats, monitor correctness of reports, monitor trustworthiness of dealers and try his best in well being & growth of the company. He has to travel extensively in M.P. & C.G.
KeySkills : Graduate with 5 to 10 years experience in similar field / pharma field/ FMCG Sector with similar responsibilities with good track record and references. Candidate with BSC / MSC / BBA / MBA will have added advantage.
