Job Description
Qual- Degree (MBA) or Diploma(PGDM) in Marketing Management( Preferable ) Exp- 3-5 yrs Job Responsibility- 1) Handle existing brokers and add new brokers for business expansion 2) Converting other products advisers from within the organization as Real Estate broker. 3) Achieving targets through sales of Real Estate Products via new recruited & existing sub brokers. 4) Expand the volume of business, Move on the field for the same. 5) Supporting in selection of Project within the territory. 6) Liaisoning with site builders & maintaining the relationship. 7) Accompanying clients for site-visits. 8) Co- ordinate if needed the Business Opportunities Program(Seminar) and arrange everything within the budget allotted to you. 9)Arrange client meet and do the requisite booking for the event.
